- • Datasets & Spreadsheets:CSV, Excel, and structured database files uploaded for analysis, processed under isolated storage boundaries.
- • Marketing Subscription Data:Email address, optional subscriber name, opt-in source (e.g., website briefing form or signup checkbox), and cryptographic consent verification tokens.
- • Security & Diagnostic Logs:IP address, request headers, error diagnostics, and rate-limiting telemetry used solely to defend service availability and audit administrative operations.

We operate our marketing communications with transparent opt-in and suppression controls:

- • Dataset Deletion: You may delete raw datasets and generated analysis runs directly from your workspace dashboard.
- • Account Erasure: You may request complete deletion of your account, profile, and associated records by contacting our support team.
- • Suppression Retention: When you unsubscribe, we retain your email address and opt-out status so we can honor your request and prevent future marketing emails.
